Healthy Eating Week - June 2019

All over Britain schools and businesses took part in the British Nutrition Foundation Healthy Eating Week earlier this month, in order to promote health and wellbeing for everyone.   At Calthorpe Park we undertook the five different Challenges across the week, which were open to all staff and students.   The five Challenges were: ‘Sleep Well’, ‘5-a-Day’, ‘Drink More’, ‘Have Breakfast’ and ‘Get Active’.

The week was about making healthy choices which will support us with our health and wellbeing.  It was a fantastic week and, if you missed any of the information, please check out our twitter page which had many of our tweets retweeted by national and major orginisations.  Each year this week is becoming bigger and bigger!

Many thanks also to the new Prefect Team who were absolutely outstanding and extremely supportive with each of the Challenges.
